The questions buyers ask before they brief us.

Are deliverables white-label?
Yes, always. Every deliverable is your work — no studio mark, no ‘Made with Lurio’ tag, no link back to us. We do not publish a client’s work without explicit permission.
Who owns the work?
You do. Full IP transfers on payment. Source files, editable formats, fonts (where licensable), and exports — all yours.
How are revisions handled?
Two revision rounds are included on fixed-price packages, one on Brand Systems. A round is a single consolidated set of changes. Subscription clients have unlimited revisions within the active brief.
What if my project is bigger than the package?
We’ll quote the scope honestly before the brief is accepted. If a deck needs 25 slides instead of 15, we tell you up-front what that costs. No discovery surprises.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, on request. Mutual NDAs in advance of the brief; specific confidentiality clauses on a per-engagement basis when the work is sensitive.
What’s the refund policy?
If we deliver and you’re not satisfied within the agreed scope, we’ll keep working until you are. If we cannot reach a deliverable that meets the brief, we refund in full minus committed external costs (stock photography, fonts).
Can I see who works on my project?
Yes. Every engagement has a named studio lead and a named designer or strategist. You’ll know who to call.
What models does the AI co-pilot use?
Frontier LLMs from leading providers, with proprietary orchestration and prompts on top. We don’t publish specific model names because they shift and the orchestration is the moat — happy to discuss specifics on a sales call.
